Policies & Procedures

Rental of the Glenpool Conference Center is governed by our GCC Single Page Agreement and GCC Terms and Conditions. Both must be filled out, submitted and accepted by our staff before the facility can be reserved for your event. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time your reservation is submitted to hold your date. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance. The forms are available as PDFs which can be downloaded, printed, filled out and then faxed or scanned and emailed to us.
